All sessions are completed from the comfort of your own home.
In-person session may be available by request for those residing in the Atlanta Metro Area.
Why Sessions are Conducted by Phone
Our sessions are conducted by phone based on the growing understanding in both psychology and physiology that our environment shapes how we process an experience. By working over the phone, we remove many of the stressors that come with face-to-face interaction allowing our clients to stay focused on what matters most and that is their own experience. When you’re not on camera, your mind and body tend to relax more fully. This allows your nervous system to downshift, focus inward, and stay present in what you’re feeling. No need to manage eye contact, appearance, or surroundings, which reduces stress tremendously.
Many clients often report that they are able to focus better on the session, without the distraction of screens or visual cues. By removing visual “noise” you’re able to maintain a stronger focus on your actual internal state and experience. Instead of trying to read the practitioner’s body language or expressions, you get to really TUNE INTO YOU and what is happening within. Tuning-in in this way makes it easier for you to notice shifts in your awareness, energy, or emotion. Centered and receptive is what we are looking for here. You have no excuse not to show up! You don’t have to tidy, get dressed, or fight traffic if you don’t want to!
