As a multi-modality holistic health enthusiast, Mariana has spent over 14 years studying various healing modalities from herbalism, naturopathy, and nutrition to applied kinesiology, bioenergetics, and somatics just to name a few.

Like many other guides, I was chasing health and wellness when my journey brought me to this calling. Personally dealing with the usual suspects that many face in our current society... unexplained chronic fatigue, brain fog, headaches, stubborn weight; I was on a major mission to feel better. Already health conscious, I just could not understand what I was doing wrong. I became obsessed with fully understanding what’s best in all areas of wellbeing for the body to thrive. So, when I tell you I’ve tried just about every approach to improving health you can think of; I am completely serious. From supplements, special diets and exercise programs to cleansing, detoxes, and very expensive individualized protocols... If I saw someone with similar symptoms gets good results, I would dive headfirst into research mode. If it proved to be a “good match”, I’d give it a go. But no matter how committed I was to each and every method I tried; I just couldn’t seem to get the results I was so desperately seeking. To say I was disappointed with my lackluster results is an understatement.

With more and more research I finally realized that so many of the symptoms and issues I was experiencing was the physical manifestation of my emotional state. I was a stage 5 people pleaser, ignoring my emotional wellbeing for as long as I could ever remember and well my emotional body had had enough! At this point I finally realized just how much I had truly suppressed so many of my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs just to keep the “peace” and ensure everyone else around me was happy. This epiphany was the thing that propelled me into the world of quantum physics and energetics; and I haven’t looked back since.
