What’s Special About a True Release™ Session with Embodied Connection
In a True Release™ Session, you have the unique opportunity to surrender fully to yourself… free from bias, story, or mental interference. Each session is guided by your highest self, your subconscious mind, and the innate intelligence of your body. Using the kinesiology-based technique of Muscle Response Testing (MRT), combined with intuitive energy ready, your practitioner gently asks your body to lead - identifying its unique priorities, needs, and readiness for release.
Through this process your practitioner remotely tests your energy across 15+ empowerment, mindset, and energetic release modalities, creating a custom session outlined to your body’s specific guidance. Only the topics your system confirms as safe and ready are addressed, allowing your release process to unfold naturally; minimizing discomfort as your energy integrates and balances.
A True Release™ Session isn’t about forcing change, it’s about allowing it in perfect alignment with your body’s wisdom.

Why Sessions are Conducted by Phone
Our sessions are conducted by phone based on the growing understanding in both psychology and physiology that our environment shapes how we process an experience. By working over the phone, we remove many of the stressors that come with face-to-face interaction allowing our clients to stay focused on what matters most and that is their own experience. When you’re not on camera, your mind and body tend to relax more fully. This allows your nervous system to downshift, focus inward, and stay present in what you’re feeling. No need to manage eye contact, appearance, or surroundings, which reduces stress tremendously.
Many clients often report that they are able to focus better on the session, without the distraction of screens or visual cues. By removing visual “noise” you’re able to maintain a stronger focus on your actual internal state and experience. Instead of trying to read the practitioner’s body language or expressions, you get to really TUNE INTO YOU and what is happening within. Tuning-in in this way makes it easier for you to notice shifts in your awareness, energy, or emotion. Centered and receptive is what we are looking for here. You have no excuse not to show up! You don’t have to tidy, get dressed, or fight traffic if you don’t want to!
